1. Website Operator

Customer Service, Complaints, and RMA:
Throughout these Terms:
- “TREEDIX” refers to the TREEDIX brand and website.
- “Nexid”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Nexid Technology Limited.
Nexid Technology Limited is the legal entity operating the TREEDIX independent website and entering into sales contracts made through the website.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website or purchasing products through TREEDIX, you agree to these Terms and the policies incorporated into them, subject to mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
3. Website Use
You must not:
- Use the website for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with website security
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Introduce malicious software
- Misuse another person's data
- Infringe intellectual-property rights
- Use the website in a manner intended to disrupt its operation
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that:

- Compatibility information
- Prices
- Availability
are accurate.
Minor changes arising from product revisions or manufacturing updates may occur where they do not materially alter the product purchased.
Nothing in these Terms removes consumer rights relating to products that are defective, incorrectly supplied, misdescribed, or otherwise non-conforming.
5. Prices
Prices shown on the website may change before an order is placed.
Price changes apply to future orders and do not ordinarily change the agreed price of an order already accepted.
The final product price, applicable taxes, and shipping charges will be displayed before payment.
6. Placing an Order
When a customer submits an order, the order constitutes an offer to purchase.
An automated order-receipt email may acknowledge that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
A sales contract is generally formed when Nexid Technology Limited accepts the order, for example by confirming acceptance or dispatch, subject to applicable law.
7. Pricing, Listing, or Availability Errors
If an obvious price, specification, stock, or listing error is identified before an order has been accepted, we may:
- Correct the error
- Contact the customer
- Offer the opportunity to purchase on the corrected terms
- Decline the order and refund any payment already taken
Once an order has been accepted, Nexid Technology Limited will not arbitrarily cancel the contract merely because we later prefer a different price or commercial arrangement.
In exceptional cases, an accepted order may still need to be cancelled where required or permitted by law, including cases involving illegality, fraud, sanctions, impossibility of performance, safety concerns, or comparable serious circumstances.
If we cancel an order in such circumstances, amounts paid for the cancelled product will be refunded.
8. Payment
Payment methods available at checkout may include card payments, PayPal, Shop Pay, or other supported payment methods.
Payment processing may be carried out by Shopify or third-party payment providers.
9. Shipping
Shipping charges, delivery estimates, customs procedures, VAT, lost shipments, damaged packages, and related matters are described in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, cancellations, faulty products, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.
Our voluntary return policy does not replace or restrict mandatory consumer protections.
11. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, TREEDIX branding, website content, graphics, product photography, documentation, designs, text, and other intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Nexid Technology Limited.
Unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited except where permitted by law.
12. Customer Reviews and Submitted Content
If you voluntarily submit reviews, photographs, comments, or other content, you grant Nexid Technology Limited a non-exclusive right to use that content for operating, improving, and promoting TREEDIX, subject to applicable privacy and intellectual-property laws.
You must have the right to submit any content you provide.
13. Third-Party Services
Our website may use services provided by third parties, including:
- Shopify
- Payment providers
- Logistics providers
- Analytics services
- Customer-support systems
- Social-media platforms
Those providers may have their own terms and privacy policies.
14. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Subject to applicable mandatory law, Nexid Technology Limited will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time the contract was entered into.
Nothing in this clause excludes legally required remedies for defective, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or non-conforming products.
15. Changes to Products and Services
We may update, modify, replace, or discontinue products or website features from time to time.
Such changes do not eliminate obligations relating to orders already accepted.
16. Changes to These Terms
Nexid Technology Limited may revise these Terms for:
- Future website use
- Future orders
- Changes in law
- Changes in services or business operations
Material updates will be posted with a revised effective date.
New Terms will not retrospectively change an order already accepted unless the change is required by law or expressly agreed with the customer.
A customer's continued use of the website after a future update may indicate acceptance of the revised terms for subsequent website use, but it does not retrospectively rewrite the contractual terms applicable to an already accepted order.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and contracts entered into through the TREEDIX website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
However, where a customer is a consumer, nothing in this clause deprives that consumer of mandatory protections available under the law of the consumer's habitual country of residence where those protections cannot legally be excluded.
Subject to applicable mandatory consumer-jurisdiction rules, disputes may be submitted to the courts of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by law.
